Format: PSD
I've found the original SVG file in this Wikimedia.org page and the SharePoint Server logo in PDF format at BrandsOfTheWorld.com.
The files named "Vector" at the end of file name are just AI files imported to PSD so even peoples without Illustrator can open and resize it without altering quality. Of course those named "Layers" at the end of file name are 300ppp Hi-Res PSD format with layers extracted from Illustrator then customized by myself (to make the layers better organized and to add a gradient shadow to the logo).
